Kaitlin Wilkes, with over a decade in the hospitality industry, boasts a stellar career spanning from London's prestigious Savoy to Sweden's Corner Club and working with global brands like Seedlip and formally the Global Advocacy Manager for a luxury English gin. Now, as a Brand and Beverage Consultant, she champions sustainable, category changing or female-founded drink brands. Notably, she represented Sweden in Bacardi Legacy 2017, opening doors to consultancy projects within the world of beverage and paving the way for her love of working within the brand world . A fervent advocate for women in the industry, Kaitlin is also the co-founder of The Ada Coleman Project, a dedicated digital space for women in hospitality. Most recently, Kaitlin presented at Tales of The Cocktail in 2023 and has participated in panel discussions like 'Spotlight: Women of the Drinks Industry' at BCB last year. Known for her imaginative cocktails and love for Taylor Swift, Kaitlin infuses vibrancy and support into every project, leaving a memorable mark on the drinks world.
